I’m Ed, based in Scotland. I’ve been building websites and web apps for 25 years, and most of that time I’ve been the person called in when something’s gone wrong. What do you need from me?
A link to your website or web app and access to the code. Once you’ve booked, I’ll send simple steps for giving me access, and help if you get stuck.
Does it matter what I built it with?
No. Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Base44, Cursor, Claude Code or a developer’s own code. If it runs in a browser, I can check it.
Will you just tell me to rebuild it so you get more work?
No. The report is written so any developer can use it. You don’t have to hire me for anything else.
The person who built it has gone and I don’t have everything.
That’s common. The report will include what you need to get back and where to get it.
What if you find almost nothing?
Then the report says so, and you’ve found out you’re fine before spending money on a fix you didn’t need.
What if I have questions afterwards?
One round of questions about the report is included. Send them together and I’ll answer them in one go. Anything beyond that, I’ll quote for.
Can I keep my idea private?
Yes. I’ll sign an NDA if you want one.
